Another Gum Chewer In The House
While I was at football practice, daddy was busy teaching Clare how to ride her bike without her training wheels! Every time Clare asks for a piece of gum, my reply is "you can only chew gum when you can ride your bike without training wheels!"
Super Bowl Here We Come!
John made playoffs for Sykesville Raiders!!! He had a fantastic game on Saturday. John had 2 touchdown saving tackles and also a great run. When describing his run to Uncle Teddy, "When I was running towards the sideline, I switched the football to my left arm so if I was to get tackled and lose the ball, it would still be mine since I was the last to touch it." It cracks me up how much he knows about the game. Uncle Teddy
asked him how he knows so much..."I have learned it all from Madden Football." Did your daddy teach you anything? "he only taught me how to put my fingers on the strings."

Great WE
We got a chance to entertain Brooke for the weekend. She enjoyed watching John play football, babysit Regan, go to a pumpkin patch, meet our crazy neighbors, see Luke, Clare and John's school and top it off with a shopping spree!
Big Day
First was our anniversary of 9 years!
Second found out Regan needs glasses. I have been noticing for the last month how Regan's L eye turns in. Dr Repka told us she is REALLY farsighted. We went to see Mr Larry to find a styling frame for our sweet Regan.
Third was John finally losing his one of his front teeth. The night before I was trying to get him to let me pull both of his front teeth especially his L but he was too scared. I told him, "John they are sooooo loose you are going to swallow them and not know it and won't have a tooth for the tooth fairy!" Guess what...mommy does know what she is talking about! He can home and immediately started writing something on a paper...
He stuck it under his pillow...the tooth fairy only left him 50 cents...instead of a buck!
Fourth was making tie dyed t shirts for spirit week. Even though it was a little stressful at times the John and Clare did a great job.
